Wake & Bake

Started by a computer engineer tired of corporate life and wanting to get back to his roots in his hometown, Wake and Bake is now an institution of sorts. One of the only few places in Shimla where you will get authentic French crepes, Lebanese hummus and a true laid-back vibe – Wake n Bake never disappoints every time you visit. Indian Coffee House

This iconic establishment was started all the way back in 1957. Since then, Indian Coffee House has been serving delicious coffee and is a favourite hangout for many. In fact, during a visit in 2017, PM Narendra Modi took everyone by surprise when he visited the coffee house and started to reminisce about the simple days in the 90s when he used to come to Himachal and used to look forward to spending his evenings chilling, in the one and only Indian Coffee House.
